Where does your acupunturist place the needles for your treatments?

I am going to a community acupunturist (many patients in the same room at the time to reduce costs). I typically have the needles around my ankles, feet, knees, wrists, hands, forehead and on the top of my head. Just curious where others have them placed.

Same areas, but also my back, and lower legs. She has also done them right below my belly button down to the top of my vag and then out towards my legs.

I did acu for a while and the same spots you mentioned are what I had.

I also had them in my ears a couple of times. I think that was associated with stress.

The tops of my feet, ankles, calves, lower abdomen, spot on forehead between the eyes, temples, inside my ears, jaw line (had a sinus infection), top of my head and sometimes before O she'll have me lie on my stomach and do some in my lower back hooked up to a wire. Tiny electrical currents...kinda feels like a massage.

I told her whatever she did last week (she did A LOT) to help my appetite to keep on doing it and she did one in my ear, so I'm assuming that's what that's for.

I have them everywhere you mentioned, but also a few other places. I also get them on my abdomen, from just under my boobs down to my underwear line. My acupuncturist told me that these needles are in the "conception channel" but I forget what the chinese name for this channel is.

She mainly focuses on the conception channel as well as the spleen and kidney channels as she says that balancing these channels help with fertility and also bring blood to the ovaries and uterus. The woman I see mainly specializes in infertility and gynaecology.
