BRU Gifts with No Name???

For those of you that have already had a shower or have a lot of OOT family and friends sending gifts from BRU, are you noticing that they don't have the names of who sent them on the label??? I've received several gifts via mail and not one had the senders name on it. Did you have to call BRU to find out who sent what? What an inconvenience!

There isn't a note on the packing slip? I've always found that information towards the bottom left corner.

Open the box! ?I thought that at first too, but BRU actually puts the invoice slip inside and reseals the box.

I had several gifts from BRU where the packing slip was included inside the box, even if just the item was shipped in its product box with a label added. For example, I received a toy organizer that BRU had just slapped a label on the original box. You may have to open the package (both sides) to see if a packing slip is included. The sender's name is on the packing slip.

See...that's the issue....NO PACKING SLIP??? Just mailing labels stuck on the boxes Confused

Check the packing slip very carefully. Their name will show up, even if they did not right a gift note.

Oh ok...disregard the PP....didn't see the other responses before I hit post. I didn't even think to open the manufacturer box...how much sense does that make...

all mine i got had a packing slip that had the senders name on it and they also were able to put messages on it.

I had DH open a play pen box that we got...both ends and still no slip??? I think I'm going to have to make some calls to BRU after all Confused
