A belated birthday present!

I got a BFP this afternoon!  My birthday was last week so this makes a great belated B-day present.  

I know people usually post tips but I don't really have any.  I'm not naive enough to think that anything that I did isn't something you ladies aren't already doing.  The only thing that I can offer is for those TTC #2.  Don't assume that things will be like they were before.  I've been so down and disheartened for the past week because I didn't get a BFP earlier like I did with DS.  

I would like to thank all of you for your helpful advice and encouraging words.  I do have one further question though...I am very excited and ready to tell everyone except for one person.  My cousin and I have been talking about getting pregnant together since she got engaged.  She has been trying since Oct 2009.  She knows that I got pregnant with DS on cycle #1 and knows that we started trying this cycle for this child.  I feel like this will be an extra slap in her face.  How the heck do I tell her?
