  How about something along the lines of "Knocked up AGAIN" ? Not sure. Maybe make it a fun family & friends get together rather than "bring-me-gifts" type of party? Good luck!

  I don't think it's tacky- I always have considered baby showers a celebration of the soon-to-be-arrival (or already arrived, depending on if you do the shower before or after baby comes ) of a baby.  You can and should celebrate this each time you are pregnant.  Just my opinion!    I like the idea of a fun, humorous invite though (I might just steal the "knocked up AGAIN' idea lol.
