I just started P90x and I am following the meal plan to a "T" because I have to lose the last 10lbs of my pregnancy weight and I'd like to lose 15 more lbs after that! For those of you that have done P90x how much weight did you lose and how many days? Thanks!!

We are following the nutrition plan, and the protein shakes. We are not purchasing the beach body shakes because we found compariable products at GNC, and they are somewhat cheaper.

Good luck to you, thanks for sharing your results!!
I did P90X in the summer. I didn't lose any weight, but I definitely was smaller and I had awesome looking arms.
I think I'm going to start up again. I miss my gym arms
I'm a P90X grad and lost a total of 14 solid pounds. I didn't follow the nutrition plan at all; I just ate clean. I can't wait to another round of the X in February.
GL and Bring it!!!
I completed P90x a few months before I got pregnant. I didn't use it to lose weight, I just wanted to tone up and yes, it really works. I was ripped. I probably would have lost weight if I followed the diet plan, but since I was already a healthy weight when I started, I didn't bother. I just wanted a challenging workout.
To lose the baby weight, I did the Insanity program from Beachbody, which I think of as being the cardio equivalent to P90x. P90x tones a lot, Insanity is all about cardio and weight loss. It was miserable, but I loved it and it worked, just like p90x. I was down all the extra baby weight by the end of the first month.
Good luck and yes, BRING IT!
