Hey Ladies!

Sorry I haven't been posting that much, I've been sorting through my issues and sorta watching everyone from the sidelines since we are waiting to cycle with our DE in March.

So I'm around everyday, I'm just lurking mostly. But anyways, I had my 1st therapy appointment yesterday and I think it went really well. She thinks I may have an adjustment disorder, which means that IF is creating the stress, depression, anxiety that I feel and if the IF was lifted, I wouldn't have those problems. I agreed with what she had to say and I'm open to the therapies she'd like to try.

So all in all it was a great appointment, I have another next week, so if you all are interested, I'll probably post updates in my blog if you wanna read about it.

Hey Ash! Glad your appt went well!! I think it is nice to talk to someone you dont know and have them give you some insight on how to help with things. I have done therapy in the past and found it to help out alot!

Hey Ashley! Good to see you back. So glad to hear your appointment went well! Thats excellent news! Im actually trying to find a therapist who works with IF but no luck yet.
