Has your DH surprised you...

...with how he feels about your belly? Mine sure has! Once I started to show even a tiny bit he completely fell in love with my little belly, lol. It was such a surprise, he's kind of a no big deal, doesn't react to much kind of guy and he's turned to mush every time he looks at it. He likes to touch it already and I catch him staring at it very often, when he works away for a couple days (which happens often) he comes home and first thing he does is check it out and feel it so he can tell me how much his baby has grown. I think it's mainly because when I told him I was pregnant he wanted to know where my belly was, lol, he had no idea that it can take till 4+ months to show. He has waited for a while and now he's just so excited, I love it!

    yes! He's always been kind of grossed out by pregnant bellies (friends who send pics of bare bellies in pregnancy photos freak him out a ton) so I wasn't sure what he'd think. 

    He LOVES it. Seriously, can't keep his hands or eyes off of it! He puts his hands on it everywhere we go and says "can you see the bump?? my baby's in there!" He really has been loving it, and it makes me feel so beautiful and confident!

    My husband told me last night that he thought my body was really sexy.  I haven't heard him say that since, well, it has been awhile I guess that's what marriage does!  I couldn't believe my ears because everyone that I know tells me I don't look pregnant but just that I have gotten wider and look like I just got chubby!  (SO not true!  I am still to gain anything really!)  He doesn't pet my belly or talk to it though, I was actually thinking how that made me feel kind of sad right before I read your post!  I hope he comes around!

    Yes.  He absolutely loves it and is always touching and rubbing it.  Lately he has been talking to the baby and keeps telling him/her "I'm your dad!" and kisses it.  It's SO adorable.

    Oh yeah. He told me the other day that he put his hand on my bump when I was sleeping and he could feel a very gentle and calm energy. He said it with the biggest smile and proud look in his eyes. He also told me when I was having issues with my body to "shut up. there is nothing wrong with a husband thinking his pregnant wife is sexy. get over it!"  That made me feel good.

    All the time! I think he's really enjoying being my co-expectant since BFP. 

    He would come home and say "how's my baby with the little baby in her little belly?" lol

    The other night he greeted me with a hug and said "oh I can't wait until your belly is so big and feel what that's like hugging you then." hahaha silly man

    My husband has a morning ritual of saying good morning to me and then going down to my stomach and shouting "Hey baby, I'm your dad! Kick once if you hear me"...It cracks me up!

    We ttc for a long time so I knew he was thrilled that I was finally preggers but I was not sure how he's feel toward my new body...well, HE LOVES IT!!

    He loves the bump...every night he kisses me goodnight, says I love you and then does the same to the belly

    He's funny though cause he's so gentle when he touches it, like he is afraid.  Every time I get undressed he says "wait...show me the profile, I want to see the bump!" he loves to look at it from the side...he also likes it best when my clothes really show it off... He loves the new curves and finds them sexy...

    My husband has been just starting to notice. It's hard to tell because I am a bigger girl but I have lost weight since I found out I was pregnant. He hasn't talked to the belly yet but I am guilty of that one. This morning when he woke up he kissed my belly and I thought it was so sweet.

    yes!!!  he nicknamed my bump before it was actually a bump and he talked to it for the first time last night.  if we are just cuddling on the couch he keeps his hand on my belly and sometimes at night he falls asleep still touching where the baby is

    Mine has been adorable!  He's always been fairly indifferent to pregnant bellies, but man as soon as I started to show - he constantly rubs it, talks to it, kisses it - it's so sweet.  He gets the sweetest little crinkles around his eyes when he looks at my tummy (and at me!) now.  I just love it.

    Yes! He loves it! It makes me feel great. He's always talking to li'l guy. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and his hand is resting on my belly... he's such a sweetie.

    I have to say am not showing yet, but the Husband still acts as if the big belly is already there. He comes home to rub the belly and say hello to the baby, and every morning before he goes to work he says good bye to me and then the baby!!! So cute :)
