I have the older model baby bag. I bought it off of ebay and it has held up great for 7 months so far. It didn't come with the changing pad, but it did come with a matching clutch that I love! I love how it stretches to fit A LOT of stuff. I have a smaller diaper bag that I use for quick trips, but the Vera Bradley bag is great for longer day trips. I also like that the bag is light weight. Some diaper bags are heavy to start, before you ever pack them full.
I will say that I am not typically a Vera Bradley fan, but I liked this particular pattern and the fact that it is machine washable. $65 sounds like a great price!
I am currently pumping so I have to take that with me everywhere, I just use that as my diaper bag. Somthing to consider when looking for a diaper bag, how will you want to feed baby. Powdered formula doesn't really matter its easy, but breastmilk you would want to keep cold so you would need a bigger bag to keep it in some type of cooler.
Consider your lifestyle, the only diaper bag I have ever used is a cheap one to drop stuff of at daycare. Even with Aiden, I never used one. I just hated carrying 2 bags around, so I always just end up throwing stuff in my purse because I was in a rush.
Yes, I am happy with mine. I have the older model too but have been using it for close to 2 years and will use it for the next baby. It shows no sign of wear. It can be washed too...you just have to take the cardboard insert out of the bottom. The pockets are good and it can hold a lot of stuff!
