Well, I was thinking... I haven't decided 100% on selling my love yet, but Peter bought me a Sakura Bloom Silk RS for Christmas that I feel like isn't going to get any use if I use my every-day linen one all the time. I kind of feel like it's a waste of a lot of money to just in the box waiting for parties.
The linen one I have is definitely taken care of, but also definitely broken in. It's been washed 540 times and the color isn't as brilliant as it once was, but, it's super soft and comfy. Also, it's nice because it's lightweight and can be used all year round.
Is there anywhere you can try on a Sakura Bloom near you to see if you'd like it? Mine is only a single layer of linen and I definitely feel like it's supportive enough, but I would want you to be secure with its support as well, KWIM? You can also buy these slings with double layered linen that you might like better.
Also, what are you looking to spend? And do you belong to TheBabyWearer forums? THey always have RSs to buy on there!
Thanks Cristina! Let me look around and see if I can find somewhere around me to try one on. I will check out those forums as well. I definitely think I need something since C won't be walking for quite a while and he has outgrown his infant car seat (and is just too stinkin heavy to carry in that thing anyways)
I will let you know what I find. I have NO clue how much they run new so I dont know what I would pay for a RS one.
Re: Jennifer
