Anyone visit Disney?

We are going to Disney and I was curious if they ever asked for any type of proof of age for your children if they didn't have a ticket.

Re: Anyone visit Disney?

  • DD was a month shy of 2 and they didn't ask to see anything to prove she didn't need a ticket

  • No but I really really hope you are not trying to screw them over.
  • They will ask but only if they suspect the child is older than 3.
  • DS was a month shy of turning three and they didn't ask for anything.  We were there for three days, plus the special entrance Halloween party so there were lots of opportunities for them to ask.  I did bring his birth certificate just in case though.

  • DD was 2 1/2 when we went and they didn't ask for a ticket.  We also had to get our diaper bag searched before we entered the park and I think seeing the sippy cups, pull-ups and wipes may have "confirmed" that for them, maybe.
  • We purposefully went when ds was 1 month shy of 3 (so he was free!!!) and they never even questioned me.  I've heard that they take your word for it.
