Ok, so my son is a year old now, and I've lost all my baby weight with no effort at all, and I'm even below my pre-pregnancy weight now. I have no complaints about my weight, and overall, I am very happy with my body.
I would like to tone up my stomach, butt, and thighs, though. My daily diet doesn't need a whole lot of focus, I just need some exercise suggestions. I did a little bit of pilates (VERY little bit) when I was younger, and I liked them a lot. But I need something I can do in a small space. Even if I move the couch out of the way, I still don't have a lot of room.

I am doing the Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred in order to tone up. It requires very little space and it's only 20 minutes a day...double bonus!
