What does your RE say a "good response" to clomid is? I had one follicle measuring 19 and another 17.5, the others were too small to consider. She said this was good, but it doesn't sound like much since they are on the small side...what does your RE say?
Hallelujah, it's a miracle, I have children AND a signature!

Re: A good response?
My RE wants to see at least 2-3 at 18 or above before doing trigger and IUI. Are you doing IUI or TI?
My RE considers 1-2 follicles a good response. If you have too many, they may actually cancel the cycle. Clomid is only intended to produce 1-2 follicles, unlike IVF stims. When mine were too small, my RE just gave me two more days and another u/s, and by that time they were perfect.

1-2 is good. You risk HOM with more than that which is tricky. The 17.5 will likely be mature by the time you ovulate if you trigger. My doctor considered anything over 18 to be mature.
Good luck!
This is for the TI, which they did today because I had the 1-2 that looked big enough. 18 was what they were looking for too, which is why she said the 17.5 would be ok. I just wasn't sure what optimal was. I am glad to here that 1-2 is good.
