I do! There is a recipe on the back of Lea & Perrins worcestershire sauce for a meatloaf. I was hesitant to try it because I had attempted a meat loaf recipe a long time ago and it was gross. But this one is super good! Let me know if you need it!
I just made meatloaf last night! This is one of DH's favorite dishes.
1 Tbsp olive oil 1/2 med. yellow onion, diced 1 garlic clove, minced 1 med. red bell pepper, diced 1 bay leaf 2 Tbsp chopped parsley (dried is ok too) 2 tsp chopped thyme (dried is ok too) 2 lbs ground beef 2 lg eggs, beaten 3/4 C dry bread crumbs ketchup 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper bacon (optional)
- Preheat 350 - line baking sheet with parchment paper - heat oil and saute onions, garlic, and bay leaf - add bell pepper and cook until tender - stir in parsley & thyme (approx. 2 min.) - let mix cool and discard bay leaf - in a bowl combine beef, eggs, crumbs, ketchup, worcestershire, salt, pepper, and veggies - transfer mixture to pan and form into loaf - coat with ketchup - if you choose to use bacon you can make a layer of it on top - bake for 1- 1.5 hours
I don't know what it is about meatloaf, but I really (really) like it.
2 lbs ground beef 1 c. shredded cheddar 1 packet onion soup mix 1/2 onion, chopped 2 eggs 3/4 c. water 1/3 c. ketchup 3/4 c. bread crumbs 2-4 slices of bacon, optional
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add all ingredients, except bacon, into a bowl and mix until evenly distributed. Form into 4 mini meatloaves (I typically make 2 slightly larger for The Mr. and 2 slightly smaller for The Little Lady). Criss cross two slices (or one slice, halved) of bacon overtop of each meatloaf, so that ends, if long enough, are underneath. Place in baking pan and bake for 1 hour.

Thanks I will try that one. It sounds simple and thats how I like my food (I can't do too many flavors at once)! Haha!
Put all ingredients except meat and breadcrumbs in a blender for a minute or so. It almost looks like a pink pasta sauce.
Put meat in a bowl and pour the mixture over it. I used a spatula to mix it all in because I don't like to touch the meat. Add in the breadcrumbs. Mix well/evenly. Put a little EVOO in a loaf pan- enough to cover the bottom. Put the meat in and even it out in pan. Put in over at 350 for 45 min. Add some mozzerella (shredded) on top if you want in the last few minutes.
It's my version of "Italian style". Even my son eats it who barely eats anything I make.

What ever recipe you use. Make sure you wrap it in bacon. I swear thats the trick to the perfect loaf.
1 pkg of Jenny O extra lean turkey meatloaf
1/2 cup light sour cream
1 egg (or egg beater)
1/4 cup skim milk
1/3 cup fresh or shredded mozzerella cheese
1/3 package of McCormick meatloaf seasoning
1/2 cup marinara sauce
1 cup italian bread crumbs
Put all ingredients except meat and breadcrumbs in a blender for a minute or so. It almost looks like a pink pasta sauce.
Put meat in a bowl and pour the mixture over it. I used a spatula to mix it all in because I don't like to touch the meat. Add in the breadcrumbs. Mix well/evenly.
