I don't know why I knew something was wrong. But I did. So I pushed my primary to retest my thryoid priod to my upcoming IVF and just got the call this morning that my results were high again. So they are adjusting my meds. Thank God I did, or all this could have been for naught!!

Re: knowing your body
I can generally tell when my meds need to be adjusted b/c I tend to be in a fog & kind of lose my memory.
Have you thought about going to an endocrinologist for it or do you not want to add another doc into the mix ( which was my main reason for waiting so long)?
My endo. had my thyroid tested when I started BCPs and then again yesterday ( right before ER). As soon as I know I'm KU ( *fingers crossed*) I have to call them up ASAP. Apparently, 99% of pregnant women need their meds adjusted ~30% right away. Just something to think about when this IVF works for you

Good for you Heather! I always say we know what is happening to our bodies!
When will you start cycling for IVF? Good luck lady!!
I'm confident we ( as well as a bunch of others) will be on PAIF real soon !

I go for my IVF seminar tomorrow. Then have my RE appointment to get my protocol and should be a go for this coming cycle. Most likely at the end of February for the actual IVF.
Very exciting. Best of luck Heather!! It flys by. I remember thinking this was going to take forever and I am already 3 weeks into it.
This!
good for you, way to be an advocate for yourself! good luck at the IVF seminar!
