Got great news at RE's office- maybe we're not out after all!
I went in for my 7dpiui progesterone check and I spoke to my RE about MH's numbers for the IUI. Turns out I was reading the post wash counts wrong. I was reading the count as concentration, so in my head, I was dividing his count because of the low volume (I guess I confused the nurse too, because she was agreeing with me). Turns out the 13 million was total, with 75% motility, we are definitely in it this cyle! It took a while to explain this to my doctor, who had no idea why he was looking at 13 million and I was saying that we only had a few million motile sperm 
I suspect he thinks I am nuts right now.
I feel so much better.

Diagnosed PCOS 2/07, TTC #1 since 8/09
11/10 - Clomid Round 1 = BFN
12/10 - Clomid Round 2 = BFN
1/11 - Voluntary Break = BFN (duh)
2/11 - Clomid Round 3 = BFN
3/11 - Femara + IUI = BFP * Beta#1=56 * Beta#2=266
