Expensive Hostess Gifts HELP!!

Hi all,

I need to buy 3 hostess gifts, for my sis and 2 best friends-

I want to spend no more than $75-$100 on EACH gift. Does anyone have any suggestions/creative ideas?

Yes, I know this is a lot, but this is what I want to spend on them. I just don't know where to start- I put a lot of thought into gifts, and I really want to make sure it's something really special. So no gift cards... Oh, and no makeup/cosmetics. One of the friends is a Tarte District Manager, so she has SO much stuff.

what about something nice that is engraved? watch, silver picture frame, vase? do they drink? maybe an expensive bottle of their favorite liquour? nice bed sheets? go to etsy.com for handmade ideas. jewelry?

Do they have hobbies or something else they love to do? I have been a hostess many times and quite frankly I love it when I get gift cards of any size. Even though I am friends (and really good friends with some) they just don't know ME as well as they think they do. lol

A gift card for a massage, or day spa. Or maybe a nice piece of jewelry - like a pendant or earrings that fits their individual style.

I really love the idea of a piece of jewelry-

None of the girls really have hobbies, so to say. All three are typical NYC girly girls-

And I would like to give all three girls something similar.

I think Etsy might be the right answer, or I may have to go completely opposite and go to a department store.

I also think Etsy would be a great place to start. There are a TON of unique pieces of jewelry on there.

I think Pandora bracelets would make a nice gift. You can start a bracelet and a couple of charms for about $75-90 and then they can add to it if they want to. Here's the website: https://www.pandora.net/en-US/create I plan to give 2 of my hostesses the bracelets with the leather or fabric chord along with a couple of charms that suit their style.

I LOVE this. Love love LOVE. I have seen ads for Pandora in magazines and I always thought, I would love one of these!

I am going to look into it today. I need to buy the gifts this week so I can give them to them after the shower.

My SIL is throwing me a shower and she's a wine-o (?) so I got her a red and white wine glass engraved with her name in it from Things Remembered for $14 each and I'm getting her her fave red & white wine. I'm also thinking of throwing in some spa/Bath & Body Works goodies and a Hollywood Tans gift card. I got my ideas from her husband, so maybe you could enlist your hostess' husbands for help?
