Would you consider this a period?

I usually have short periods. Usually about 3-4 days and it's always pretty light. However this cycle threw me for a loop. My period showed up right on time but it was really light mostly just brown mucus like (tmi) and only lasted one day. Didn't even spot afterwards. Would you consider that a period? I don't even know it that counts so I am confused at where I am in my cycle. I took a HPT yesterday afternoon and I got a BFN. My periods are always as expected so thats why I am so confused right now.

    I had a cycle like that last cycle or the one before. I wasn't pregnant. If you aren't sure, and think it might be implantation bleeding or something, then test again, or wait a week, and test again.
