Getting Tree Sap Off of Leather?

Anyone know how?  Somehow got sap from the Christmas tree on our sofa and not sure how to get it off.

    Goo Gone does wonders.

    Sometimes you find it in the paint supplies section at Walmart.

    I was watching Rachael Ray the other day and they said you can use olive oil to get tree sap off almost anything. Just put a little bit on where the tree sap is and it just comes off.
