Clothes that your LO never got to wear? People bought Bella 18 month summer clothes and she was still wearing 12 month stuff through the hot months. Once it turned cold she needed 18-24 month stuff. We have a BUNCH of really cute 18 month dresses and summer outfits and now that we're having a boy I'm trying to figure out what to do with it. Should I consign it and get credit so I can buy stuff for the baby boy or hang onto it for_____ (you fill in the blank)? Any thoughts?

She has SO many clothes that she DID get to wear. Most of what I have is summer stuff so there's only really 2-3 months out of the year that are hot enough for LO's to wear tanks and shorts and such. I've kept EVERYTHING she wore (well minus a couple of outfits that got ruined)... there's 3 GIANT bins full in the basement and that's only 0-12 month clothes!

I do this too!! One favorite Tea Collection summer dress (6-9 mo) is now a cool tunic over a l/s white onesie that is paired with tights. Yeah!
I'd probably re-gift or consign them. Or keep them for a relative's baby? I got a huge stack of clothes from DH's sister and cousin, incl some new never worn outfits and it was much appreciated!
