Kentucky Babies

Bowling Green, KY

I have a question for anyone in the area or familiar with the area....

I will be traveling to the area at about 30 weeks. If something were to happen what hospital would be the best for me to go to? I will in the area of the Corvette museum.

Thank you!!! =)

Re: Bowling Green, KY

  • Hey, and early welcome to the area!

There's only one hospital down here that has a Labor & Delivery unit: The Medical Center (https://www.mcbg.org/).  It's actually fairly close to the Corvette Museum, and you should be able to find directions on their website.

Labor & Delivery is on the second floor, just up from the main entrance (which is conspicuously not across from any of the big parking lots because it's a pain in the tuchus).  The nurses are really nice, from what I've seen so far -- I was there with some dehydration/BH contractions a bit back.

Hopefully you'll have no reason to stop by, but if you do, they'll take good care of you.  Safe travels!

When it's all said and done, what matters most is your relationships with other people; without good friends and family, what's the point?

  • You're quite welcome!  Better prepared and not need it than need it and not have it, that's for sure.  :D
