Shock and awe (BFP? and kind of long)

It's what I'm feeling right now. I think I just got a BFP. I can't really even believe it's true.

Sooo here's the story: My cycle was cancelled on Dec 9th bc I didn't respond to two doses of femara. But when we were in Pa for Christmas I got EWCM on the 20th and I have never had it before. I told DH we should get it on just in case but I didn't really have any faith that it would amount to much of anything.

We had our RE appt on Jan 6th and I took a test that morning with a cheapie. I "thought" I saw the faintest of lines and apparently DH did too but neither of us said anything. I was thinking that it was prob just an evap line bc was so so faint. Well on a whim I tested this morning with another cheapie bc I'm suppose to start BCP pills soon so I figured might as well be sure. Well sure enough before the five mintues there was a second line. It wasn't super dark or anything and if I did O on my own it would have been about 19 days ago so I would assume that it would be darker. Of course I didn't think it would be positive so I dumped my pee cup out right away. Now I'm trying to hold it all day so we can test again with a FR when we get home. If I get another + then I guess I'll be calling the RE.

I still can't even believe that I wrote that all down... complete and total shock Surprise And of course I'll be sticking around until I figure out what in the world is happening right now bc of course this is the cycle that I didn't chart. God bless you if you read all of that!

Thanks ladies! I know it's so weird and crazy that I'm really having a hard time believing it's true. And now of course I'm worrying that it was an "old" egg or something. I hate how IF keeps you froming being hopeful. But right now I'm just trying to enjoy my first ever postive HPT

What a crazy story. I hope the line keeps getting darker. If I were you I would call the RE office and see if they can do a beta draw tomorrow. Congratulations and good luck sweetie!

To be honest I'm kind of afraid to call. I want to see another line before I call. I don't want to feel like an idiot by calling them and telling them I think I'm pg just for it to be not true. I know it's counter-intuitive to not want to know for sure but I'm just so afraid of the potential disappointment.

I should mention that I live in NC and they are calling for an ice storm tonight. They are terrible about keeping roads clear here so I'm thinking I prob won't even be able to get out the house tm to get to work let alone to get to the RE for a beta. I feel like the next fews days are going to be loooooooooooooong! And thanks for all your congrats ladies! I sure am hoping this is it!
