f/u on whooping cough bill

I'm glad I called--the insurance thinks that we were double billed and won't have to pay anything.  The whole overcharging & accepting what the insurance takes is kind of ridiculous--I guess the test was supposed to be $180 and the insurance paid $18 and wrote off the rest!  Glad that we didn't just pay it!

    I HATE dealing with insurance.  I have found, since having E and being hospitaized myself, that it takes at lelast three phone calls for each bill to get them taken care of.
