Re: AW AND PIP your snow day
Haha, I know how that goes. When I was in Southern IL for a couple semesters, we had a few inches and the town was pretty much shut down. The only reason it's not a big deal up here is because we have salt/plow trucks lined up and ready to go before it even starts snowing.
Now, as far as people driving like they've never seen snow before? We still have PLENTY of those up here.
I'll play, we are near Chattanooga and got 8".
DD did not like falling face first in the snow

She passed when I was in college so I haven't really been since then. My parents live in Rome and my sister in Decatur though! I've seen several of my teacher friend in the ATL area post that they are out tomorrow, too.
SQUEEEE @ this picture. That is all!
I'm sure you never tire of hearing this, but your daughter's adorableness (that's totally a word, I swear) is just ridiculous.
Oh no! At least it would make for a good birth story and a lifetime of "We fought the snowstorm of 2011 to get to the hospital so I could give birth to you and this is how you treat me!?"

Bump burp *'scuse me*
Ours was the day after Christmas. I live in southeaster VA, we rarely get snow and we got over a foot that day! So here's pics of my pets (minus one cat...my male cat hates going outside, but my female thinks she's a dog so loves it):
BTW, I
your siggy! I *wish* I could knit...I barely crochet!
Thanks! The girl does. I got the cats when they were 4 weeks old from the SPCA and had them in ferret harnesses right away so at least both of them are used to wearing the harnesses. The girl, Remi, truly thinks she's a dog so does whatever my pups do so will walk around on a leash. She will actually scream herself hoarse if the dogs go out back but she doesn't. So I stick her in her harness and on a long lead tied to a chair and out she goes. The boy wants nothing to do with the outdoors so he stays inside.
Oh, and I stick my tubby cockapoo on the treadmill for exercise!! I don't think my cats would enjoy that though.
