It's noon here and I'm starving! I brought leftover from dinner last night: teriyaki marinated grilled chicken breast, wild rice, and green beans. I used the Outback Steakhouse recipe for green beans and they were sooo good. Here it is in case you're interested:
1 lb fresh green beans (ends snipped)
3 tbls butter
1 tbls brown sugar
1 tbls soy sauce
Boil green beans 3-4 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking process. Melt butter in small saucepan, add soy sauce & brown sugar. Whisk until well blended and thickened. Add green beans and heat through.
YUM!

Stupid frozen Lean cousine! Boo!
But I did bring some crackers & laughing cow cheese for a snack
Thanks for posting that recipe. I love those green beans.
I'm having toast with peanutbutter. DS had some goulash.
Leftover spaghetti from last night. And a can of Cherry Coke.
I love leftovers, so much better than the usual PB&J I take with me!
