Anyone else trying for #2
I got pregnant really quickly the first time we tried and this time it's been over 6 months... it's getting rather frustrating. My heart truly goes out to those that go through this for years. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I won't get a period this week!
DD conceived naturally in 2009. TTC #2 since August 2010. Praying for guidance as we decide what's next.

We just started officially trying this month. It only took us a couple months of really trying, and not just winging it, last time. I am hoping it doesn't take long. I am in a wedding in June and I ordered my dress 2 sizes too big since I am hoping to be about 6 months pregnant. ( I thought we would have started trying sooner that this when I ordered it, but the timing just wasn't right)

BPF#2 3/26/11
U/S #1 4/26/11 for spotting= low heart rate and measuring 1 week small
U/S #2 5/3/11 No heart rate found. D&C done 5/4/11 at 9w 2d.
With DD I got pregnant 2 months after the wedding. This time, we didn't use any form of birth control after DD was born and I didn't get a BFP until she was almost 17 months old. I think it just took awhile for my fertility to come back fully after pumping for 6 months and all the hormonal changes, plus every month there is only a 20% and it can take a healthy couple up to a year of trying. We are! We started trying in Dec. This is my 2nd cycle and I'm due to ovulate this week. It happened for us with DS on the 2nd cycle too so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. With my 1st cycle mother nature was screwing with me. I was 5 days late and kept getting BFN's.

LO #1 - Took 2 years and 2 IVFs ~ DX - severe MFI mild PCOS homozygous MTHFR (a1298c)
LO #2 - TTC 7 months, surprise spontaneous BFP!
I got pregnant the first month with C.
We have kind of gone with the whatever happens, happens strategy since DD was born... nothing has happened:(
But, she literally has just started sleeping through the night a few days ago and I still nurse. She STTN for about 5 days last month, which was long enough to get AF back. I was never so excited to get my period! Then she started to get up through the night again after her schedule being thrown on New Year's Eve.
We are really trying this month. I'm looking forward to POAS at the end of the month. We'll see!

We are on cycle 2. We got pregnant very easily with DD and I am hoping that it happens easily this time too. I knew cycle 1 likely wouldn't take as we BD a little too late. This time we had a lot more sex and tried to time it very well. We'll see in about 10 days.
I hear ya....Jack was a one cycle honeymoon baby and now we are 5 cycles into trying for #2. I guess I did technically get pregnant after 3 cycles but it didn't stick.
Here's to hoping we are on 1st trimester together!
We are TTC #2. I'm on cycle 8 and starting to feel really frustrated. I had a c/p last month, which just crushed me. Ugh!!
