looking for a workout buddy to motivate each other to work out every day!

maybe exchanging daily msgs, emails, etc?

i started the 30 day challenge today but i want to do any exercise every day.

    I would love to do this!  I need all the accountability help I can get!

    I am going to start the 30DS today too, but don't know if I will do it daily. Last time I did it, it really did a number on my knees. But like you, I want to do some sort of exercise EVERY day.

    I am in too! I do so much better when I am held accountable by someone.  I do love working out and it feels so good when I am doing it but getting motivated to get going is sometimes hard.

    Hello! I do post on 3-6 occasionally, but not a lot. I am mostly on the August 2010 board. So you may be confusing me with someone else? Either way, it's nice to meet you too!

    Aries: I will pm you my email address. I don't know if we want to pair up or have a group of the four of us. I am up for whatever!
