Just wanted to share, I made your banana cake in the form of cupcakes yesterday.....sooooo yummy!!! I think I'm going to use the frosting recipe as my go-to cream cheese frosting from now on, it's delicious!
Here's a pic of the ones I brought to school to share today, though I'm seriously considering hoarding them in my classroom and eating them all myself! 
ETA: Just brought them down to the teacher's lounge for lunch.....HUGE hit!

Isn't that recipe amazing?!? And yeah, the icing recipe is really good too - not low fat lol, but it has a really good balance of richness/creaminess/sweetness.
I'm so glad they worked as cupcakes - I've thought of trying it myself several times but Ben loves it as a regular cake so much that I've never gone for it. I'm definitely going to try it now.
So glad you enjoyed them!
