Trying to name our twin boys due soon!!!

My husband and I are expecting twin boys in a matter of weeks. One of the boys will be named Aidan, and they will be joining big sister, Taryn (2 1/2).

We are considering naming our other son Bryson in honor of a very close friend named Brice that passed away within the last year. However, we have considered other names as well:

Bryson

Mason: Growing quickly on me!

Landon

Elijah/Eli: Husband likes this a lot... not my favorite

Noah

Caleb: My favorite with Aidan... not my husband's favorite

Thoughts.... Taryn, Aidan, and _____________ .

I love Caleb and Noah and would actually use those names as the first names. I also like Eli and Mason. I'm not a fan of Aidan, and I don't think most of these names go well with it anyway.

Since your husband doesn't love Caleb, and you don't love Elijah, I think you should start by getting rid of both of those from your list.

I'm not a fan of Bryson, but I appreciate the meaning behind it. Is Brice not an option? I think that is a much, much better name than Bryson.

I hate Mason. It's loved by a lot of people, but I think it's such a whimpy name.

Caleb and Landon aren't really my style, but they're good, solid names. Either one would go with Aiden great.

Eli and Noah are easily my favorites, but since you're not too crazy about Eli, I'll have to go with Noah here (Noah Brice preferably). So... Taryn, Aiden and Noah.

I think if you're honoring your friend you should just do Brice.

I like Landon and Eli and Caleb is way down the line. I don't care for the others.

Aidan is very popular now... I am a teacher and have seen a LOT of Aiden/Hayden/Brayden/Jayden/Kayden etc.

Also, Mason is quickly becoming a trend. (Thanks to the Kardashians)

I think Noah and Caleb are the best. They sound more of the same "style" and I think they flow together nicely.

I love the significance, but Bryson is NMS. It makes me think of Bison.

Mason is super trendy. Landon is nice. Love Elijah or Eli (one of my twins is Eli). Also adore Noah and Caleb.

That being said, looking at your other 2 names, I would say that Mason would be the best fit although something about saying Aiden and Mason together sounds funny in my head.

Your other names are trendy, so I don't know that a more traditional name like Noah, Caleb, or Eli is going to fit.

Voting based upon your other boys, I'd say Mason, then Landon.

I don't really love your list..........The names all seem "little boy-ish". If I had to pick one it would be Elijah and it is nms. Have you thought of Dillon? NMS either ,but seems to grow-up with a boy. When I was naming my kids........I always imagined I was naming a 15 year old and also a 30 year old, because that is when it matters most to have a GOOD name.

I'd go with Elijah and Noah... or Caleb and Noah.....or Elijah and Caleb....

I know you did not ask for a comment on Aidan but I have to say that any of the above combinations sound much nicer than anything with Aidan. Aidan/Jayden/Hayden names are really popular.

I really like your daughters name Taryn. It's not too popular but it's not weird either. I think Aidan just doesn't fit with it.

If you do stick with Aidan then I pick Mason or Landon to pair super trendy popular names together. - Not meant to be rude.
