I am in my 19th week of pregnancy and am looking for a good place to take prenatal yoga classes. I live in Fort Lauderdale and would prefer to find a studio close to home. I'd appreciate any recommendations. Thanks!
The Holy Cross Wellness Center has prenatal yoga as well... I haven't tried a class there, though. I do know the instructor is one of the doctor's wives, though.
I don't know much about Red Pearl, but I was looking at that one as well. With my schedule, it ended up being easier to buy a prenatal yoga DVD and do it whenever I have a chance. It's amazing how much less flexible I've become over the last few months - doing yoga just stresses that for me.
Good luck finding a place. If you find an instructor you like, let me know - if my schedule opens up, I'd much rather go to a studio than do it off of a DVD.
