Hey ladies!

I have been posting / lurking on TTGP for a while now and I think I am finally ready to post over here. (I have had some problems admitting that we were having trouble, even though I only ovulated about 5-6 times a year) We have been trying since June 2009, charting since December 2009, and I have PCOS.  I am currently seeing an herbalist once a month and am taking the following herbs: Vitex, Dandelion, Black Cohosh, Cramp Bark, and Red rasberry leaf tea.  I am also seeing an acupuncturist twice a week.  I wanted to try every natural thing I could think of before taking drugs that I have heard are less than pleasant.  If it doesn't work, my OB wants to discuss Clomid at my next appointment at the end of February. Im excited but very nervous!

    Good luck! And FWIW, I just finished my first round of Clomid and had zero side effects.

    Welcome and good luck! Just remember, stop taking the supplements a few months prior to clomid, and if you can, seek a RE instead of your OB. They'll be able to do more for you to help you :)

    Diagnosed PCOS 2/07, TTC #1 since 8/09
    11/10 - Clomid Round 1 = BFN
    12/10 - Clomid Round 2 = BFN
    1/11 - Voluntary Break = BFN (duh)
    2/11 - Clomid Round 3 = BFN
    3/11 - Femara + IUI = BFP * Beta#1=56 * Beta#2=266
