S/O Bow Holder

I need a bow holder/clip holder for Keira and baby 2. Chloe has one she does not use anymore that is similar to THIS one--same style with the canvas and 3 ribbons. It's really cute with her name and pink and purple. But it has her name and the color scheme will not work for what I need now.So I can't use it anymore. :(

I really like THIS one. Is $25 a little much for a bow holder or is it pretty standard? I plan on hanging it in the little girl's bathroom and obviously don't want a name on it since the two of them will be sharing it. Do you think it should say something so it does not look naked? Thoughts?

    $25 is pretty standard for one like that...its really cute thought!! Love the little hooks on it, too. I will try to find the seller on ebay I purchased mine from...it was $15.99 + $5 shipping.

    You could TOTALLY make that for a lot less than $25 (especially with a Michaels/AC Moore coupon) and it wouldn't require much crafting skills (don't mean this as an insult, just not sure how crafty you are Lala).

    If you're worried about it looking naked, I would put two bugs/butterfly things on there instead of one.

    HA!! I am not that crafty! Panting is SO not my forte. I fear what it would look like! I wish I had a better hand at that stuff.

    I feel your pain - I'm also a terrible painter (so jealous anytime Hughes posts things she's painted!), but they make those wooden animals/bugs/butterflies/etc pre-painted and they are quite cute, so if you found one or two you liked all you would have to do is buy the oval plaque and paint it a solid color (which anyone can do). Just an idea :)

    So personally I think $25 for what you posted is a little much.  You could do that for soo cheap.  But it is cute.

    That is a riduclous price! It's cute, but I bet you could make it for less than $10. They do make those wooden things already painted so you'd just have to paint the background. Wicked easy!

    LaLa -- I sell these.  I could cover a canvas or wooden plaque with fabric monogrammed with your last name -- just another idea!  Could also add other embroidery.  Would be between $15-$18.   If you are interested message me: unc00ref at earthlink.net
