how true are they to your normal size? do they run big or small? TIA

I find that except for the slippers they run big. I wear a 7 and in regular shoes am a 7 1/2 or sometimes 8. I had to get an 8 in the slippers though.

If I remember, the website recommends if you are a half size to go to the next size up. I regularly wear a 8.5, but my uggs are a 9, and fit fine.

The sales person told me if I'm in between to go down in size, not up. I normally wear a 7.5 and I ordered a 7 - they fit perfectly!

Size DOWN for most of them. Especially the sueded sheepskin ones (what you normally think of as "uggs"). I typically wear an 8 and my Uggs are a 7 and fit PERFECT. The cardi ones run a little more TTS, but still run a little on the bigger side (IMO).

If for UGG boots,Size Down is OK,because the shoes can be loose after worn a few time,and it is also very high thick,will be down after time.

BIG! In fact, the smallest size is still too big for me. I have to wear kids' size....which is great since they're cheaper.

Big. I got Cardys and had to go down a size. Even those are big on me now that I've worn them quite a bit. The fur has gotten compacted and the wool has stretched out, so they're a bit loose.
