I like Lindsay brin's Boot camp. I love that it gives me a great workout, but I can do it in 20 or 30 minutes. (Depending on the one you choose). It's also very positive, which I like. Hope that helps!
P90x for muscle building, Insanity for extremely difficult cardio. Both produce amazing results if you can keep up.
For the less advanced exerciser, I enjoy the old Firm videos (Body sculpting systems 1-3, and the transfirmer series, newer stuff is way too easy.) They are a nice balance of light weight work and some cardio.
Tae Bo advanced Get Ripped series is great for cardio too, not sure if they make this version anymore.
I love Chalene Extreme and Turbo Jam both by Chalene Johnson. Chalene Extreme is goof for toning and strengtheing and is a 12 week program. It changes up everymonth so it keeps me interested and the Turbo Jam videos are great cardio. She also has a new one out Turbo Fire ehich I plan on getting afterr I make it through my next round of Chalene Extreme. Good Luck.
I also really like Lindsay Brin's workout videos! You can find her on Facebook too or she has a website for more info. Moms Into Fitness is what she does. It's good stuff.
