Felt a pop....

in 2nd Trimester
Hey just had a question to see if anyone else experienced this.  I twisted today and as I did that I felt a "pop" like feeling inside my stomach to the right of my belly button.  I have no pain associated with it or can't feel anything now, but am a little worried.  Anyone experience this before?

    I've had this, ever since my first pregnancy (and when I'm not pregnant). I'm pretty sure it's a muscle or something like that, but nothing damaging.
