yeeahhh. wrist/ankle rattles do exist but they are very small and do not dangle.. and they're not recommended for babies younger than 3 months.

I guess they could go anywhere, but all the toys we got that look like that are for his car seat so they're long enough to dangle within reach.

he never really moves his arms hard enough for them to hit him in the face, so i guess maybe they weigh him down. i play more with them by moving them around on him than he does
