We purchased a small pack of Huggies to leave at my in-laws for when they are going to babysit. We bought size 2 of the little snugglers because they were on sale. We're usually cloth diaper users, so I have a question!
Do Huggies run small? They say 12-18 lbs on the package, and they are so small on our LO! Our other brand disposables that we used another time fit her very well, and actually had room...these just seem tiny! She's about 14 lbs 3 oz as of Wednesday...
Anyone else seem to think they are small?
Re: Huggies users- a question for you!
We're about to switch to size 3's here soon. Size 2's fit him okay but my big boy is starting to bust out of them (17.5 lbs and 26" long). I know size 3's overlap is weights with size 2's so this might help. For example Size 2's run 12-18 lbs. and size 3's are 16-28 lbs. probably to catch all varying types of baby shapes. Also we use the Snug and Dry, not Little Snugglers, not sure if that makes a difference.
Hmmm I've got about 20 left of the size 2's. Which is perfect because DS is around 16 pounds now (porky!!) and I have the size 3's all ready to go, but they seem so much bigger than the size 2's! Maybe because they're meant to fit babies from 16-28 pounds which is a greater range than 12-18...
But they've fit him fine, just as he's gotten bigger, I don't fasten them straps as close to each other as I did before!
