Trouble TTC

RE recommendations in Chicago Burbs

Hi Ladies...

I feel like this has been posted before, but I has having trouble searching through google.

Any Chicagoland area ladies have recommendations for an RE?  We received a referral from my OB/GYN, but I wanted to see what else what out there.  She recommended Fertility Centers of IL and DH had his SA at the Hoffman Estates office today and said it was nice.  I made a consult appt there, but we may get a few opinions.

We live in Elk Grove, I work on the south side of the city by Midway Airport and we are willing to drive.

Thanks in advance!

Re: RE recommendations in Chicago Burbs

  • I bunch of ladies have had luck with the FCI.  I go to Advanced Fertility in Gurnee, but they have another office in Crystal Lake.  They're very good at what they do, sometimes I feel like their bedside manner might be kind of lacking, but they're on top of their stuff, i feel.

    GL to you!

There are several girls here and on PAIF that see/saw Dr. Charles Miller. He is out of Edward Hospital. He has an office in Schaumburg (which is good for your Elk Grove location), and he has an office in Naperville.

You can Google him. His office is called The Advanced IVF Institute. Of course they do the whole slew of IF procedures besides IVF.

    Good luck to you!

  • I go to FCI's office in Crystal Lake and so far really like Dr. Jacob and the office's staff.  Before deciding on them for NW burbs I looked at three websites, and called each doctors office's.  They seemed the best fit for me.  But because each FCI has a different doc & staff I don't know about the one near you.

You might also want to look on the local Chicago board and go back a few pages, it gets posted there and you'll get some more opinions.
