Will you find out the gender of your phantom baby? I think we'll probably find out, we have talked about not telling anyone just keeping it to ourselves but that might be hard...

Cloth or disposable diapers? Cloth (unless we get twins or more, I may have to re-evaluate!)

When will you tell people you're KU? I will tell my parents right away, they know we are doing IVF. We won't tell anyone else until at least we are through the 1st tri. I would like to wait until the anatomy scan, but we'll see!

What baby gear item are you most excited about purchasing? Stroller, I'm obsessed with strollers and have a bad habit of reading all sorts of reviews online and I check them out anytime I see one. I don't have one picked out yet, but as soon as the time comes that will be my first big purchase!

Will you find out the gender of your phantom baby? Yes. I hate the color yellow and would not want to put a baby girl in green.

Cloth or disposable diapers? Disposable. I know I will have to clean poo-poo'd clothing. I don't want to have to clean the diapers as well.

When will you tell people you're KU? Ideally? At least after we hear the heartbeat. Due to the timing of this IVF, we may end up telling people sooner as they know we are going though it & there are also social engagements where it would be obvious if I was not drinking. I do not want friends or random people to know before our families, so we may tell them sooner.

What baby gear item are you most excited about purchasing? A crib. For some reason that would just make it seem "real"

DH and I have always said we will be team Green, but since we've started TTC I told him I reserve the right to change my mind :PCloth or disposable diapers? Undecided. I like the idea of cloth diapers (better for the environment, save $$, etc. ) but not sure I can convince DH that this is a feasible solution. I've mentioned it to DH in passing before and he was like...Uh...whY? I think he is already afraid of the prospect of changing diapers and thingks that with cloth there is more of a mess to clean up and better chance for leakage. When will you tell people you're KU? Immed. Family and best friends after 1st U/S. All others a little later.What baby gear item are you most excited about purchasing? Everything. lol All the cute little outfits, the stroller, and of course the crib.

Cloth or disposable diapers? Not sure, probably disposible to start and then see how much the cloth ones costs on the cleaning side of it. Right now we don't have a washer/dryer, so it wouldn't be an option.

When will you tell people you're KU? Again, not sure- I think probably wait until 3 month mark.

Me too. I'll admit I've been known to browse etsy for cute nursery decor. There is a lady on there who does custom crib sets and all the fabric she has to choose from are amazing. I have her page bookmarked Embarrassed

Will you find out the gender of your phantom baby? Yes, DH and I decided that we would rather find out when we're in a calm situation rather than in a hospital when I want to rip his junk off!

Cloth or disposable diapers? Probably disposable.

When will you tell people you're KU? I'm going to try to hold off as long as we can. My parents know when we had the IUI this cycle so if it turns out to be positive, it will be hard!

What baby gear item are you most excited about purchasing? Pretty much everything but if I had to choose, probably the clothes. I feel like in the past few years I've bought a ton of baby clothes for friends/family so it will be nice to be buying for my child.

Cloth or disposable diapers? I like the idea of the 7th Generation Disposable diapers.

When will you tell people you're KU? Not a soul until after we hear the heartbeat, selective choosings until 12 weeks. Free reign after that.

Nope...DH is 100% wanting team green...I think it will kill me!

Cloth diapers or the cloth ones that have the disposable inserts...I will definitely do more research on this when the time comes!

We plan to tell people between 12 and 14 weeks depending on how the pregnancy is going. There are about 4 people that know that we are TTTC however and they will know right away.

I'm probably most excited about purchasing nursery furniture....more specifically a glider!

1. I will not be finding out the gender of the baby. I don't know a single other person that has been Team Green, so I want to be different.

2. I will use disposable diapers.

3. I will be hiring a sky writer, taking out an ad in the paper, and shouting from the rooftops ASAP. I know this is a bad idea and I used to say I'd wait until I was out of the first trimester, but I honestly don't think I will be able to contain myself. I've been pretty upfront about my struggle to get pregnant, so I'm sure I will blurt it out way too soon.

4. I am most excited about decorating a nursery. If it had to narrow it down to one thing, I would say I'm most excited about buying fabric to make crib bedding, curtains, etc.

I've said the same thing and I think we could pull it off. I really don't see my MIL very often as is and could easily avoid her for several months.

Cloth or disposable diapers? I am interested in cloth, but I am not sure what our child care arrangements will be and if we can use cloth. I am also not sure about all the work they entail. I know everyone says they are easy, but I am not sure.

When will you tell people you're KU? We are doing IVF, so we will tell my mom right away - she knows and I couldn't not tell her. As for everyone else, including DH's parents, we will wait until I am out of 1st tri.

When will you tell people you're KU? End of first trimester for most people. Only one person in our family knows we're ttc so it won't be too difficult. We will tell a few select friends that know we're ttc.

Close friends after the 2&3rd beta, close family hopefully around 6-8 weeks (DH wants to wait till we're out of the first trimester but they know we're doing IVF so I don't know how to swing that:P), everyone else... I go back and forth but I think at least after we're into the 2nd trimester

When will you tell people you're KU? Well i know the logical thing to do is wait as long as I can. That prob won't happen. I will tell my parents, his parents and his sister, and my grandmother as soon as we have the first u/s, though they will prob know before that. And everyone else we will see when it happens. I always think about the timeline and what events would be happening that i could announce it at. Im hoping that if i throw myself a graduation party in july or august that i would be showing and it would be an obvious surprise for my family. Basically, i dont know how im going to keep my mouth shut!!!

Will you find out the gender of your phantom baby? Yes. We are both super curious people and I do not think I could wait 9 months to find out!

Cloth or disposable diapers? Probably disposable although cloth is a bit intriguing to me. Not sure how that would work when the baby goes to day care though.

When will you tell people you're KU? Ideally, I'd like to wait until 8-10 weeks but I really don't know if we can hold it in that long. Maybe we'll tell our immediate families sooner and wait to tell friends until 10 weeks.

What baby gear item are you most excited about purchasing? For some reason, a stroller. Not sure why! I hope my future child is a girl because my sister has two daughters so she can just give me all of their old clothes!!

I know I'm totally late to the poll, but wanted to play!

We are definitely finding out...not sure if we'll tell anyone else, but I'd like to know what to plan for.

I'm definitely getting into the idea of cloth diapering. I'm hoping to be a SAHM and everything I've researched really doesn't make it seem that hard. I will probably get the 7th generation or some other organic disposable for longer outings and babysitters.

We'll tell immediate family after I hear the heartbeat. I think everyone else will find out after 12 weeks or later. Although after waiting almost 2 years, it may be hard to not tell it to the world. But I do know better.

I'm really excited about all baby things! But after looking at Youtube videos on cloth diapering, I'm really excited to get those cute diapers!! I also want to find an awesome diaper bad, and of course cute clothes!
