Hi ladies,
CANNOT believe I just wrote 2011, the past year really flew and so many of you met and even exceeded your 2010 goals including: KMS1025, EnglishMajor03, jnksmom, seans_grl. Congratulations!!
Should you want to participate in the book club weekly check-ins for 2011, please reply to this post with the following:
* Your 2011 goal
* The last book you read (you can leave this blank as we are beginning a new year, it's simply a great way to remember where you left off)
* The book you are currently reading
The above information you provide will appear in the weekly check-in that I'll post on Mondays (no more separate Google Spreadsheet, your information will appear inside each weekly post!) and all you have to do is reply to that post with whether or not you finished reading the book you have listed as "Currently Reading" (or that you have put the book down for a bit or just gave up on it!) and any other books you may have finished since the previous week's check-in. I'll update your number of books read to date for the following week's check-in.
If you'd like to see the past two years of our book club check-ins, including our personal recommendations for great books, view our Google Spreadsheet.
The first check-in will be on Monday, January 10th!
Re: 2011 SAHM Book Club *~*Sign up*~*
Hi there and welcome!!! It's not a traditional book club per se, it's more of a weekly tracker and motivator for you to read as much as you can and would like. You pick which book you want to read and you can tell us about it once you finish it or tell us why you put it down/gave up on it, which is just as helpful!
I would say one book per month is doable but I also don't have a newborn baby, congratulations!!
