XP: Well that didn't take long.

I went in yesterday for b/w, and today for more b/w and u/s #1 since starting Menopur this cycle.  Got the call this afternoon that I'm "ready".  I have 2 follicles, an 18 and a 17 (they consider 18 mature), my estrogen was 700-something, and my LH was starting to climb (it was at 17).  I take my trigger tonight and we're doing b2b IUI's tomorrow and Sunday.

This took me and DH by complete surprise.  I was started on a lower dose of the Menopur this time (225 units/night as opposed to 300 last cycle), and yet responded faster.  I don't know why but I feel like it's a bad thing to have the IUI so early in my cycle.  I was also hoping to get 3-4 follicles (which was the doctor's goal too) so I'm disappointed that didn't happen either.  I was so completely shocked on the phone I didn't even think to ask what my lining was at, but I guess I'll find out tomorrow.

The good news is my Fragile X test came back negative, and my TSH levels are still within normal range.  Still waiting on my karyotype.  

Here's hoping this last-ditch IUI effort works!

It took 44 cycles, just over 3 years, 6 failed IUI's in MI, and 1 round of IVF at CCRM to get our BFP!
Beta #1 (9dp5dt) = 206, Beta #2 (11dp5dt) = 438
1st u/s @ 6w5d = 11/11/11 = ONE little bean! HB 120bpm!

    No kidding it didn't take long!  I hope the iui's go well for you!  I know you wanted more follies but 2 is great too.  I'm glad they are doing blood tests to pinpoint O better, aside from trigger.  I wish my RE's office did that too.  I had my iui this AM and found out that between my trigger yesterday morning and today's iui in the AM, I O'd.  
    11/10: IUI #1 =100mg Clomid CD4-8 + pregnyl trigger + IUI = chemical pregnancy
    1/11: IUI #2 = 5mg Femara + trigger + IUI = BFN
    2/11: IUI #3 = injectibles + trigger + IUI = BFN
    IVF #1 April 2011 ER 4/23 w/16 eggs retrieved, 14 mature, 11 fert., 4 blasts to freeze, 5dt of 2 blasts on 4/28, beta #1 5/7 = 243... beta #2 5/9 = 491....beta #3 5/11 = 1113!!

    Start Augmentin- antibiotic prep

    11/20/13- 11/23/13: light positives on FRERs and Wondofos
    11/22/13: BFN per RE office (under HCG of 10)
    11/27/13: CP ::sigh::

    *12/03/13: Follow up...great response and quality this time, was given 50% chance of it working, just didn't stick. Great plan for 2014! 

    **Jan 2014: Last IVF of our SRP**
    IVF w/ICSI, freeze all, then FET
    12/27/13: Start BCPs
    01/19/14: Stims (375 IUs Gonal-F + 75 IUs Menopur)
