Opinions please...

I want your honest feedback...it's not going to hurt my feelings (well, not too much - kidding!) and I need your opinions.

As many of you know, I launched my own business a few months ago and have been taking orders via word of mouth.  I had a great logo (thanks akspriss) but it wasn't readable in small print (business cards, etc) and my needs have changed since my first logo!

I'm getting ready to go live with a website!  Hooray!  I want to launch the website with my new logo.  So - here's where I'm at...

Please please please give me your honest feedback.  I want to know what you like, what you don't like, etc.

    I think it is cute.  What are you selling?  Then I would know if I like the turtles or not. I like the font but it looks too formal.  Since the turtles are so bright and colorful how about a more playful font?  HTH

    I think the turtles are cute! I agree that the font does look a little formal though. I'd probablygo with something more whimsical & fun. Good luck!

    I love the turtles...that is so cute and I think that def. suits your business more then the previous Ideas and such cuz its cute and fun which caters to your clients. I agree with the others in a more playful and fun font cuz that font is very formal looking while the turtles are more playful!

    I agree with the PPs - the turtles are cute, fun, & vibrant which I love (especially for what you're selling), but the font is a bit too formal.

    Well, I seem to be the only one with a different opinion.  I actually think the font seems more in lines with a boutique and the turtles seem too whimsical for a boutique.  I would actually change the turtles to something else to match the font more.

    I actually agree with Racey on this one. I would change the turtles. I love the font and it seems more "boutique" to me.

    I actually agree with Racey on this one. I would change the turtles. I love the font and it seems more "boutique" to me. 

    Hmmm I agree with this too.  I'm not sure if I'm feeling the turtles for the boutique feel.  I like the font though too.

    Personally, I like the turtles and don't like the font - not because it's too formal, but because it just doesn't do it for me. I feel like it's a little too curly.

    Some fonts to consider:

    Blue Island Std

    Caviar Dreams

    Champagne & Limousines

    It depends of the feel you're going for with your brand, but these give a more modern clean feel, without being either "fancy" or "cutesy"

    p.s. You should be able to download these fonts free if you google around. Or you can find free download sites to check out others.
