MS update
I saw my nuerologist yesterday. I found out I do not have the antibody. So once we are either done TTC (if our IVF is not successful) or after my pregnancy (if we are 
then I will begin the every four week IV at the hospital rather than daily injections. Which was his first choice for me. So I'm glad it worked out. He also said that other than being low on Vitamin B12 and D (I am being retested for the D and have to check with my RE as to whether it's safe to take B12 supplements during TTC) I was negative for immune issues, other than my thyroid (which I knew about). He also said that unfortunately he would guess that my face plant on Monday night was probably in fact one of my first "symptoms" from the MS. I had the same thing happen about a year ago. So I guess once a year isnt' too bad, but man did it hurt. My knee is still killing me.

Heather, I'm so sorry about your dx, but it sounds like you've got a good doctor and a good plan. Good luck with your upcoming IVF!
And be careful! A face plant does not sound fun. OUCH!

Good luck with your IVF! A treatment plan of an IV every four weeks, definitely sounds better than daily injections! I wish you the best of luck with your Tx.
I would still check with your doctor since I don't know if B12 has any additional implications because of your MS, but I have a B12 deficiency so I take it every day. Neither my doctor or RE has been concerned about this and they both encourage me to keep up with my supplementation.

I was walking on the sidewalk in front of my house and we had a disagreement. The sidewalk won. Ended up pretty cut up and bruised on my hands and knees. Thought I broke my wrist...but thank God I did not.
I'm so sorry about your fall. It sounds painful. It sounds like you have a good doctor and a good treatment plan. I hope the IVs work for you.

Me= 37 and DH = 41
Dx: DOR, Endo, APA+ (really high beta 2 glycoprotein antibody and high everything else tested), heterozygous MTHFR mutation, positive for lupus anticoagulant, high FSH, low AMH and both tubes blocked (per HSG on 3/8/11)
IVF #1 - long lupron (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 4 retrieved, 3 fertilized; ET 2 blasts and 1 frozen = BFN
IVF #2 - a version of antagonist with EPP (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 6 retrieved, 4 mature, 3 fertilized, 2 blasts and 1 frozen blast transferred on day 5 = BFN.
IVF #3 April was postponed to May, May was canceled. June/July was canceled. Had a cyst aspiration and then began IVF #3 in August. ER on 8/22; ET on 8/24 with AH. +HPT on 9/5. Beta #1 (11dpo) = 3; Beta #2 (15dpo) = 29; Beta #3 (17dpo) = 60; Beta #4 (19 dpo) = 118. Heartbeat at 6 weeks 6 days =132. Lil is here!
TTC#2: Trigger + TI = BFN; Clomid + Trigger + IUI = BFN.
IVF #4: BCP + MDLF + Lovenox = 7R, 1F = Transferred 1 6-cell embryo on day 3 = BFN
IVF #5: MDLF + Lovenox = 4R, 1F = Transferred 1 10-cell compacting embryo on day 3 = BFN
IVF #6: (New RE): Long Antagonist November 2014 (transferred two 8 cell grade 1 embryos and froze one blast) = BFN
FET#1: BFN
Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry about the fall and about the dx. I'm glad your dr. has a good protocol worked out for you.

Sorry I am just now seeing this update. Ouch, about your fall. I'm glad you are ok. Hope the symptoms stay away. Glad to hear you can skip the daily injections. You know I am rooting for you, love!
