  I only feel that way when i'm really hungry, which is all the time. I think I have the opposite problem.

  I can't seem to curb my hunger, so I might be the opposite of what you're describing. I am finding that I'm super gassy and a little uncomfortable, but it's better than queasy and vomit like.
