Follistim back ordered...

My follistim won't be ready until the 14th. I'm cutting it close. Hopefully it won't be an issue. I'm calling my coordinator to check my dates.
Did anybody else have this issue?

    I had a close call with Follistim a couple of weeks ago.  I needed it filled for the weekend and the pharmacy was saying it was out of stock (in the 600iu vial) and that my insurance hadn't approved a refill... which was silly!  So I had a minor breakdown, because it was a Friday and I needed a new vial for the weekend! It all got straightened out though because they talked to the insurance people and it just so happened they had the 900iu vial in stock!  Silly Walgreens... I hope you get everything figured out!

    Oh no! I have not had this experience thankfully, but I hope you can get the meds on time or maybe your RE can give you a vial or two to get you started until the meds arrive? GL!

    Oh no! Like you need the added stress.  Do you have an option to order from another vendor?  Good luck, I really hope it's not an issue for you.

    That's some extra stress that you don't need! Can you order from a different pharmacy? I just got all my Follistim from Freedom on Wed., it wasn't a problem. Hopefully it will all work out!

    I have a 300 cartridge, and I estimate start stims close to the 13th. I'm just trying to cover for the worse case. I use to get it from my other RE if I needed an extra shot so I wouldn't have to buy a cartridge.
    I'll wait for the call back I don't want to stress about finding somewhere else if I don't have to.
    I guess there is always a hiccup. I'm surprisingly calm. It must be the lupron.
