Birthday theme suggestions

I am looking for birthday theme suggestions.  I have 2 ideas picked out, but didn't know if anyone had any better ideas. Where the Wild Things are and numbers (b/c they were born 2 days before tax day) for the themes.  My sister and the boys are sorta sharing a party b/c her b-day is on April 16th which is the Saturday we wanted our party.  She is turning 30.  I live in Lancaster so I was thinking reserving a pavillion at Lititz Springs park.  Has anyone done this?

    How about a Dr. Seuss theme and have them be Thing 1 and Thing 2?

     

    I am doing Dr. Seuss for my son's first birthday party. 

     

    There are a ton of things on etsy.

    That is a great idea.  THe thought of having to search for things for a Where the Wild THings are theme is not what I want to be doing.  I had the boy's dressed as Thing 1 and Thing 2 for Halloween, so that would be fun for them.  Thanks!
