IUI gals-sex the day of IUI and day after?

Did you dr tell you to have sex after your IUI?  The nurse told us to do it tonight and tomorrow.  I want to, but I'm cramping still.  Ugh!

    Yup - night of and the next day. Additional sex might increase your chances, but don't stress too much if you're cramping. The rock star sperm from the IUI are already way ahead, since they didn't have negotiate the treacherous cervix Smile

    Yes my RE told me to go home and "try to make a baby tonight".   I guess he cant say the word sex or intercourse.

    I had mine done at 3pm & RE said to do it the next morning.
