Hi, Ladies. This is my first post here! I am newly pg with #2 and looking to keep working out and not gain too much weight this pg. Last time I gained too much but worst of all I didn't get much exercise, lost a lot of muscle, and had a really hard time losing the weight. I haven't had much luck finding a good pg fitness blog, but there have to be some, Does anyone know of any? I really want to stay motivated and educate myself. Much appreciated! -Jess
