Prenatal Yoga or other exercise classes in Cypress?

Hi ladies,

I'm 6 weeks pregnant and looking for a prenatal yoga or other exercise class in the area. This is my 3rd child. I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes with my 2nd so I'm trying to do everything I can to prevent that from happening again.

The YMCA has a "Fit for 2" class that includes yoga.

I called the Y near my house and they do not have that class. I didn't think it would be this hard to find a class. Thank you for trying to help me find something.

Which one is by your house? You said Cypress area so I was thinking you'd be near Cypress Creek YMCA (249 and Cypresswood). I think the class will be starting in the next few weeks (I can't remember what the exercise schedule said, but I know it starts back this month).

I live by the one on Logenbaugh. I live south of 290 in Blackhorse Ranch.
