I already did my 30 minutes on the elliptical (plus I am taking my children to a gym class today so that will be a little extra!)
I am thinking whole grain toast with a scrambled egg for breakfast.
I am also thinking my 30 Day Shred DVD will arrive in the mail today...I am stalking the mailman...heck all that pacing will probably burn a few calories as well.

Way to go! That's great!
Lara: Hope you're feeling better soon. THere is lots of ick going around.
I am still down and out (hurt my back Monday night). Chiropractor thinks I sprained my SI joint, so I am taking it easy for the next few days. Still doing some light yoga and stretching, but that's it.
Great work on the 20lb loss Boston! That is a huge accomplishment, and I'm sure you feel and look fabulous!
Wifey, I hope you back gets better soon. I'm still battling the flu, but I actually got out of bed and showered, so that's a victory!
I just did a few bodyweight exercises (pushups, squats, lunges, triceps dips, abs... stuff like that) because I am feeling super guilty for spending the better part of 2 days in bed, but I'm regretting it now. I'm shaky and dizzy, and got a little nauseated too. I hope I can go back to work tomorrow. It's boring at home!
I am going to sign up for yoga this weekend. Bikram or Moksha, what do you guys think?
