My OB just called back after getting my betas from this morning. They are in the 21,000's but are slightly less than they were two days ago (should have doubled by now). So, I'm leaving work to go in for a u/s to see if there is any hope left. She said that once betas get that high there can be some leveling but, not to be too optimistic.
Chances are I'll be leaving you ladies soon. I'll update when I can.

To make you feel better- mine did the same thing. After some spotting the doctor said my levels were tapering off a little but that the baby was fine and sometimes they do that depending on how far along you are.
